COVID-19 Update

Wichita Surgical Specialists considers the health of our patients and staff our top priority. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 developments in partnership with our local and state health departments and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

With the increased concern regarding COVID-19, we wanted to provide you with an update on how we are working to keep our patients and staff safe. Though cleanliness of our offices and practicing proper hand washing techniques are important to us every day, our staff is taking extra precautions at this time and following CDC guidelines. This includes disinfecting common surfaces with CDC recommended cleaning products. Our staff will be self-monitoring twice daily, which includes taking temperatures and monitoring for flu-like symptoms.

In an effort to continue our focus on safety for all those who enter the Wichita Surgical Specialists offices, as the local area reopens normal business operations and activities you may be asked to limit the number of people accompanying you to appointments. We also require all patients and visitors to any of our clinic locations to wear a mask during this time.

If you have an upcoming appointment and find yourself displaying any common flu-like symptoms (e.g., fever, sore throat, respiratory symptoms), please notify us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
